We begin with your goals and the property conditions, then work through the proposed scope, materials, estimate, and construction requirements. Projects may include structural framing, sheathing, roofing, exterior weather protection, windows, doors, and interior finishes included in the agreement. Permits, inspections, and any architectural or engineering services needed for the project are identified during planning. When connecting new work to an existing home reveals additional conditions, we discuss the findings and agree on the updated scope before proceeding.
