About Us

Nick and Sarah are the owners and operators behind S9. We’re a family-owned residential construction business serving Livingston County and the surrounding communities, with more than 20 years of construction experience behind our work. From roof repairs and exterior improvements to bathrooms, decks, and residential building, we stay personally involved in the projects we take on.

As parents raising seven children, home means a lot to us. It’s where everyday life happens, and we understand how much it matters to have a space that works for your family. S9 brings our hands-on construction experience and family focus together, with an approach built around listening, explaining the work clearly, and paying attention to the details. When you work with S9, you’re working directly with Nick and Sarah.
